LVCMOS Low-Power Oscillators


SiTime's LVCMOS low power oscillators are suitable for consumer, industrial, IoT, and networking applications. These devices offer small size and low power consumption in a wide variety of packages. The SiTime low-power family of products consist of five series: SiT2001B, SiT2002B, SiT1602B, SiT008B, and SiT8009B.

SiT2001B
SOT23 oscillator offering board-level solder-joint reliability and low-cost, optical-only, board-level inspection. This device features a wide frequency range, high stability, and short lead times for consumer, networking, industrial, and other applications.

SiT2002B
SOT23 oscillator offering board-level solder-joint reliability and low-cost, optical-only, board-level inspection. This device combines excellent stability, a flexible supply voltage, and short lead times for high-frequency applications.

SiT1602B
Fixed-frequency oscillator providing a combination of excellent stability, small size, fast start-up, and short lead times for a wide range of applications.

SiT8008B
Programmable oscillator featuring a wide frequency range, small size, stability, and short lead times for consumer, networking, industrial, and other applications.

SiT8009B
High-frequency oscillator with LVCMOS/LVTTL compatible output and 505 mA typical current consumption (in 1.8 V) which enables greener electronics with compromising the performance. These devices offer excellent stability, flexible operating voltage, small size, and short lead times for large volume portable and consumer applications.
